I originally trained as a professional dancer at the Arts Educational School in London, one of the top threein the country, where I achieved a BA Honours degree in Musical Theatre. The extremely intensive training helped me gain extensive knowledge in flexibility, postural analysis, core stability, strength training, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, and nutrition. On top of my dance training, I also spent a lot of time training in the gym, and with my many years of gym experience I designed successful programmes for my colleagues and tutors, enabling them to build muscle, tone up, and lose weight.
Whilst I was training for my degree I also trained as a Level 2 Instructor, and in my second year was asked to manage and run the unique in-house private gym at the college. This I continue to do, having gained my NVQ Level 3 Advanced Instructor Diploma. Additionally, I have qualified in Nutrition and Weight Loss Management, Sports Nutrition, Circuit Training, and Torso Training. I also teach a variety of dance forms to adults and children at Redroofs Theatre School.I pride myself on the fact that I have never taken any supplements or enhancements whatsoever, including any type of protein shakes, bars etc. I firmly believe that eating well, training hard, and having fun, is the most healthy and stable way of achieving your goals.
