
I originally trained as a professional
dancer and the extremely intensive training helped me
gain extensive knowledge in aerobic and anaerobic fitness, core
stability, flexibility, postural analysis, and nutrition.
On top of my dance training, I spent a
lot of time training in the gym, and designed successful programs for my colleagues and even
my tutors, enabling them to build muscle, tone up, and lose
weight. Whilst in my second year I was asked to manage and run the
unique in-house private gym at the college.

I pride myself on the fact that I have
never taken any supplements or enhancements whatsoever, including
any type of protein shakes, bars etc. I firmly believe that eating
well, training hard, and having fun, are the most healthy and stable
ways of achieving you
