I offer 1-1 personal training sessions throughout Berkshire including Maidenhead, Windsor, and Slough, and can come to your home, your office, or your local park, bringing with me all the equipment we need for a great work out.
My personal training sessions are focused solely on you, and the programs I create are tailored to your specific goals and needs, whether these are to lose weight, gain weight, tone up, build muscle, increase strength, recovery from and prevent injury, to improve athletic performance, or just to look and feel better.
It's vital that you feel comfortable with your Personal Trainer, and I work on the basis that encouragement is much more productive than intimidation. At our first session I will spend time in understanding and discussing your particular aims and goals, and this will give you the chance to decide if I'm the Personal Trainer for you. I will then create an exciting and exhilarating program for your specific goals, incorporating your lifestyle, health, and fitness ability.
