From my very first session with Matthew I was made to feel relaxed and confident. Matthew spent time to understand me as a person and there was no judgemental attitude which you can so often experience at the gym or at a slimming club. After a thorough fitness assessment, Matthew worked out an exercise plan specifically designed for me that would fit in with my goals and busy day to day life, and that would be challenging but sustainable and achievable. I received great nutritional advice which helped me to understand my previous eating habits and to change them for the better. Matthew is extremely professional and sessions are motivational, supportive, informative, inspirational, and challenging but most of all they are great fun.
